Academic Rules and Instructions For Students

• Fee  once  paid  shall  not  be  refunded  transferred  under  any  circumstances.
• All matters concerned with examination dates, procedures and result will be decided by IIITSD.
• Head Office and shall be final and binding changes (if any) shall be intimated from time to time.
• If classes are not commenced within 10 days of admissions then the registration process will automatically be cancelled by IIITSD.
• If the student will absent more than 20 Days in between the course period without any information then the registration will be cancelled and no any kind of fees claim will be considered.

• If classes are not commenced within 10 days of admission and the certificate is not received within 60 days.
• Only those students who secure 80% of attendance will be considered for promotion to the Exam.
• After the Passing the IIITSD Examination, It should be immediately brought to the notice of the head office.
• Verify the authorization of the Training Centre by the “ Affiliation Certificate “ issued to the Centre by H.O. before submitting the application form.
• Indian Institute of IT & Skill Development is a not-for-profit organization and set up by IIITSD (Regd. Under & MSME Govr of India ) Reg.Act 21 of 1882,Central Act 1 to 1956.& Incorporated under section 8 of the Companies Act to coordinate all skill based development & vocational training efforts across the country.
• The objective of training provided by this institution is to make youth and women in India self-reliant for employment and self employment.
• Student should always demand for the receipt of any payment. The receipt should bear the authorized signature and seal of Authorized Study and IIITSD Training Centre.
• The students when asked to meet the management with Parent/ Guardian should follow the instructions strictly.
• The management expects the student co-operation while taking any step to ensure a good career path for them.
• The student must attend all the theory and lab sessions regularly.
• Student Identification Cards: Upon initial registration, each student is issued a student identification card. This card is be design IIITSD Students for is the property of IIITSD and is validated each semester /Year upon payment of fees.
• Registration is not complete until the student has paid his or her fees by the prescribed deadline.
• Self approval: The Diploma degree plan as submitted by the student meets 100% of Diploma requirements.
• All final examinations shall be given in accordance with the schedule published by the Head Office of the Registrar
• All diploma and certificate courses offered by this institution are not related or equivalent the syllabus of any other institute or council department. Diploma & Certificate courses under IIITSD not related to any other Govt. Schemes or Councils Department.
• IIITSD Established & Running Diploma & Certificate Courses Voluntary under Indian People Welfare Society, only for Jobs & Self Employment. This is purely a Non-Governmental Not for Profit Voluntary Skill Based Organization motivated by its mission to create a better world through Skill & Vocational Education. It is a Non- Govt. funding purely Self Financed autonomous Voluntary organization. Its status and utility of its courses have been sufficiently explained and delineated through its Prospectus, Admission Form, Declaration Form which have been always readily available on its websites.
• Before undertaking any program of studies and training in the IIITSD, then we strongly advises interested applicants to consult with licensing authorities, professional associations and prospective employers to determine with clarity if the study program of this Organization will meet their professional and educational requirements.
• IIITSD offers its own Programs in various areas for achieving Total Literacy in India, as such all its programs are meant for Value Addition, and Entrepreneurship Development. On completion and passing of the courses offered by IIITSD , the Certificate / Diploma will be issued. We do not take any assurance that the certificate is eligible for any Selection Commission & Boards. The student can equip himself with knowledge to become an entrepreneur by establishing his / her own unit and to help the school dropouts, poor people, differently-abled persons, widows and ex-servicemen. This is our primary objective. We kindly request you to verify the credentials of the certificates and its validity before joining the courses offered by IIITSD. Do not believe in any kind of false promises and incase of doubt, kindly call us or mail us and check the original motive behind the promotion of these courses.
• Whether or not the diploma and certificate offered by Rural Urban will be valid for any type of job depends on what educational conditions, rules and other qualifications the job provider has set for the job. Acceptance of Certificate depends on the job granting organization where the candidate applies for the job.
